By accessing the Opslayerai protocol, you agree to the following operational parameters and performance standards.
Service Provision
Opslayerai provides a high-performance operational layer for service departments. We maintain a 99.99% uptime SLA for Tier 1 nodes. Service availability depends on your regional node cluster health and network connectivity.
Usage & Billing
Billing is metered based on active neural minutes. For professional tiers, we utilize a bracketed scaling system: 0.5¢ per minute for early growth, transitioning to 10¢ per minute for high-capacity nodes exceeding 100k throughput.
Protocol Integrity
Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering the neural extraction logic or attempting to flood the egress gateways. Violation of system integrity results in immediate node decommissioning and account termination.
Liability
Opslayerai acts as an intelligence layer. While we ensure 99.2% extraction accuracy, final operational decisions should be verified by certified service advisors. We are not liable for autonomous booking errors arising from unclear customer intent.
